I (Parul Patni) met Asha at a cousin's marriage. She had put on lot of weight after her 3rd child. After spending rest of the evening chit- chatting I finally confronted the elephant on the room and asked her about the weight issue.

She was embarrassed first but then she went on to say that she really wanted to lose weight but was clueless about the way it could  be achieved. On top of it she already felt tired  and drained out  and her energy levels were pretty low.
